- In a medium bowl, combine 2 cups of creamy Greek yogurt with 2 tablespoons of honey or maple syrup and 1 teaspoon of pure vanilla extract. Stir well until smooth.
- In clear cups or glasses, add a layer of granola, about ¼ cup, at the bottom. Press it down gently.
- Spoon half of your ghostly yogurt mixture over the granola layer, using about ½ cup per cup. Smooth it out evenly.
- Add a layer of fresh berries or banana slices atop the yogurt, using about ¼ cup.
- Repeat the layering process with another layer of granola followed by the remaining yogurt mixture.
- Top each parfait with a dollop of whipped cream and sprinkle mini chocolate chips or colorful sprinkles as ghostly eyes.
