Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Gather all the ingredients: spinach, kale, banana, pineapple, almond milk, chia seeds, Greek yogurt (optional), and ice cubes.
  2. Blend the spinach and kale first on low speed for about 30 seconds.
  3. Add the banana and pineapple, blending on medium speed for another 30 seconds.
  4. Pour in the almond milk and chia seeds. If using, add Greek yogurt and blend for about 30 seconds.
  5. Switch to high speed and blend for 1-2 minutes until smooth.
  6. Adjust the texture by adding ice cubes or more almond milk if needed.
  7. Pour into spooky-themed cups, garnish with chia seeds, and serve immediately.
