Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions for Gochujang Tofu
  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Rip the tofu into bite-sized nuggets or cubes and toss with oil and cornstarch.
  3. Spread the tofu on a baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes, turning halfway through.
  4. Heat avocado oil in a skillet, sauté onion and garlic until fragrant.
  5. Add Gochujang to the skillet and stir for 1-2 minutes until warm.
  6. Combine the baked tofu with the Gochujang sauce in the skillet. Toss to coat.
  7. Serve over rice or noodles, garnished with sesame seeds and scallions.
