Method
 

Preparation
  1. Combine oat milk, turmeric, ginger, cinnamon, cardamom, black pepper, and vanilla extract in a small pot. Heat over medium-low, whisking until just simmering for about 5 minutes.
  2. Remove from heat, cool for a minute, and strain the mixture into a large jar or bowl, discarding the solids to create a smooth latte.
  3. Stir in honey and coconut oil while the milk is warm until fully incorporated.
  4. Serve hot or over ice and enjoy.
