Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and spray a 9x13-inch baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. Season and cut the boneless, skinless chicken breasts into bite-sized pieces.
  3. Cook wild rice according to package instructions using chicken broth.
  4. Sauté chopped onions and carrots in a skillet over medium heat until softened.
  5. Combine cooked wild rice, sautéed vegetables, diced chicken, cream of mushroom soup, and garlic powder in a large bowl.
  6. Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking dish, cover with foil, and bake for 25 minutes. Then remove foil and bake for another 10-15 minutes.
  7. Let the dish cool for 5-10 minutes before serving.
