Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a large shallow dish, whisk together 2 eggs, 4 egg whites, 1 cup of your preferred milk, 1 teaspoon of ground cinnamon, and 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract. If adding protein powder, mix in 1 scoop until well-combined.
  2. Heat a large non-stick pan or griddle over medium heat for about 2 minutes. Lightly grease it with butter or olive oil spray.
  3. Take two slices of bread and dip them into the egg mixture, coating both sides thoroughly, and allowing them to soak for about 1 minute.
  4. Place the soaked bread in the heated pan, cooking for about 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  5. Once cooked, remove the French toast from the pan and serve warm. Top with Greek yogurt, fresh berries, or maple syrup.
