Method
 

Instructions
  1. In a small bowl, combine onion powder, garlic powder, smoked paprika, and dried oregano. Set aside.
  2. In a large skillet over medium-high heat, sear lean ground beef until cooked through, about 5 minutes. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Once the beef is browned, stir in chopped pepperoni and your prepared spice mixture. Cook together for an additional 2 minutes.
  4. Add crushed tomatoes and tomato paste to the mixture. Simmer for 2-3 minutes until thickened.
  5. Lay wraps flat and spoon 3-4 tablespoons of the beef filling onto each wrap. Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese.
  6. Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F). Place assembled rolls seam-side down on a baking tray. Bake for 8-10 minutes.
  7. Allow rolls to cool for a couple of minutes before slicing them into bite-sized pieces. Serve warm.
