Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine ground beef or turkey, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, parsley, egg, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper. Mix thoroughly to combine.
  3. Form 1-inch meatballs and place them on a parchment-lined baking tray. Bake for about 15 minutes until golden brown.
  4. In a large bowl, combine uncooked rice, chicken broth, honey, soy sauce, apple cider vinegar, sesame oil, and optional red pepper flakes. Stir well.
