  1. In a large bowl, combine the chicken with olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, cumin, salt, and black pepper. Mix thoroughly to coat each piece evenly and let it marinate for 10-15 minutes.
  2. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat, add olive oil, and place the marinated chicken in the pan. Sear for 5-6 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through.
  3. Alternatively, preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and bake the chicken for 20-25 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  4. In a saucepan, combine honey, chili flakes, butter, minced garlic, and apple cider vinegar. Simmer on low heat for 2-3 minutes until fragrant.
  5. Drizzle the hot honey sauce over the cooked chicken and sprinkle crumbled feta cheese on top. Garnish with parsley or mint and optional sesame seeds or extra chili flakes.
  6. Serve with basmati rice, couscous, or roasted vegetables, and enjoy your delightful Hot Honey Feta Chicken.
