Preparation Steps
- Crush about 24 Oreo cookies into fine crumbs and combine with 0.5 cups of melted butter. Press into the bottom of a 9x13 inch dish for the crust.
- Whisk together 1 package of chocolate pudding mix with 2 cups of cold milk until smooth. Let it sit for 2-5 minutes until it thickens.
- Beat 8 ounces of cream cheese until smooth, then mix with 1 cup of mashed raspberries and 1 cup of Cool Whip.
- Spread half of the chocolate pudding over the crust, then layer the raspberry mixture, followed by the remaining pudding and raspberry layer.
- Cover and chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight.
- Cut into squares and serve cold, optionally garnished with whipped cream or fresh raspberries.
