For the Crust
  • 24 cookies Oreo Cookies Crushed
  • 0.5 cups Butter Melted
For the Chocolate Layer
  • 1 package Chocolate Pudding Mix Instant
  • 2 cups Milk Can substitute with almond milk
For the Raspberry Layer
  • 8 ounces Cream Cheese Can use dairy-free cream cheese
  • 1 cup Cool Whip Or whipped heavy cream
  • 1 cup Raspberries Fresh or frozen

Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Crush about 24 Oreo cookies into fine crumbs and combine with 0.5 cups of melted butter. Press into the bottom of a 9x13 inch dish for the crust.
  2. Whisk together 1 package of chocolate pudding mix with 2 cups of cold milk until smooth. Let it sit for 2-5 minutes until it thickens.
  3. Beat 8 ounces of cream cheese until smooth, then mix with 1 cup of mashed raspberries and 1 cup of Cool Whip.
  4. Spread half of the chocolate pudding over the crust, then layer the raspberry mixture, followed by the remaining pudding and raspberry layer.
  5. Cover and chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight.
  6. Cut into squares and serve cold, optionally garnished with whipped cream or fresh raspberries.
