Preparation Steps
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, whole milk, salt, black pepper, cayenne pepper, and Dijon mustard.
- Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish and layer quartered English muffins at the bottom. Add diced Canadian bacon or ham on top.
- Pour the egg mixture evenly over the layers and press down gently.
- Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top.
- Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 30 minutes. Then remove the foil and bake for an additional 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
- Let cool for a few minutes, then drizzle with hollandaise sauce and garnish with chopped chives or parsley.
