  4. Gradually sift in flour, baking powder, and salt, mix just until incorporated.
  5. Fold in blueberries gently to avoid breaking them.
  6. Divide batter between the loaf pans and smooth tops.
  7. Bake for about 50 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  8. Cool in pans for 10 minutes, transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
