Step-by-Step Instructions for Neapolitan Cake
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease three round cake pans or line them with parchment paper.
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa powder, sugar, baking powder, and salt until well combined.
- In another bowl, crack the eggs, add milk, and vanilla extract. Beat until smooth, then fold into the dry ingredients.
- Divide the batter into three bowls. Stir melted chocolate into one, pureed strawberries into the second, and leave the third as vanilla.
