Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and prepare two baking sheets by lining them with parchment paper.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground chicken, eggs, minced garlic, olive oil, seasoned panko crumbs, Parmesan cheese, onion powder, salt, black pepper, and optional paprika.
  3. Using a 1.5-inch meatball scooper or your hands, portion out the mixture and roll it into round meatballs.
  4. Place the meatballs in the preheated oven and bake for 18 minutes, or until lightly browned and cooked through.
  5. In a large skillet, melt 2 tablespoons of butter over medium heat and add minced garlic, Italian seasoning, red pepper flakes, and sundried tomatoes, sauté for about 2 minutes.
  6. Pour in the white cooking wine and let it simmer for 2-3 minutes, then add the chicken broth, heavy cream, and additional Parmesan cheese.
  7. Gently add the baked meatballs into the creamy sauce and mix together, then transfer the skillet to the oven and bake for an additional 10 minutes.
  8. Once baked, serve the Marry Me Chicken Meatballs over your choice of pasta, rice, or creamy mashed potatoes.
