Ingredients

For the Base
  • 250 g Magerquark / Magertopfen Greek yogurt is a great substitute.
  • 200 ml Rama Cremefine Heavy cream can provide a richer flavor.
  • 20 g Erythrit Consider stevia or monk fruit as substitutes for variety.
For the Flavor
  • 200 g Protein Pudding (Karamell-Geschmack) Chocolate-flavored pudding can give a different twist.
  • 100 g Zartbitter Schokolade Swap for sugar-free white chocolate for a sweeter option.
For the Crunch
  • 50 g Geheute Haselnüsse Macadamia nuts or chopped pistachios are excellent alternatives.

Equipment

  • mixing bowl
  • electric mixer
  • Spatula
  • refrigerator
  • Heatproof bowl
  • Double boiler

Method

Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. Begin by pouring the Rama Cremefine into a mixing bowl and whip it using an electric mixer on medium speed for about 3–5 minutes, or until soft peaks form. Gently fold in the Magerquark and Erythrit until smooth.
  2. Divide the creamy mixture in half, placing one portion into a serving bowl. Spread half of the protein pudding over this base layer.
  3. Spread the remaining Magerquark mixture over the protein pudding layer. Chill for at least 15 minutes to allow the textures to meld.
  4. Melt the Zartbitter Schokolade in a heatproof bowl over simmering water or in the microwave, stirring until smooth.
  5. Stir in the gehackte Haselnüsse into the melted chocolate until combined.
  6. Pour the chocolate and nut mixture over the chilled Maxi King Bowl, spreading it evenly.
  7. Remove from refrigerator, slice into portions, and serve chilled.
