- Begin by pouring the Rama Cremefine into a mixing bowl and whip it using an electric mixer on medium speed for about 3–5 minutes, or until soft peaks form. Gently fold in the Magerquark and Erythrit until smooth.
- Divide the creamy mixture in half, placing one portion into a serving bowl. Spread half of the protein pudding over this base layer.
- Spread the remaining Magerquark mixture over the protein pudding layer. Chill for at least 15 minutes to allow the textures to meld.
- Melt the Zartbitter Schokolade in a heatproof bowl over simmering water or in the microwave, stirring until smooth.
- Stir in the gehackte Haselnüsse into the melted chocolate until combined.
- Pour the chocolate and nut mixture over the chilled Maxi King Bowl, spreading it evenly.
- Remove from refrigerator, slice into portions, and serve chilled.
