Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Unroll the crescent roll dough and separate it into 8 triangles.
  3. On the wide end of each triangle, place 3-4 slices of pepperoni and a generous handful of mozzarella cheese. Sprinkle Italian seasoning if desired.
  4. Roll each triangle tightly from the wide end towards the point, tucking in the filling as you go.
  5. Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese over the tops of the rolls for added flavor and texture.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes until golden brown and cheese is melted.
