  • 2 stalks Green Onions sliced

  1. Prepare Your Vegetables: Clean and chop the cabbage, bell pepper, green onions, and carrot. Set aside.
  2. Mix the Sauce: In a bowl, combine soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, rice vinegar, sugar, and black pepper. Whisk until well blended.
  3. Heat the Wok: Place a wok over medium-high heat and add vegetable oil, heating until shimmering.
  4. Stir-fry Aromatics: Add minced garlic and ginger, stir-frying for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  5. Add Bell Pepper and Carrot: Stir-fry for 2 to 3 minutes until they start to soften.
  6. Incorporate the Cabbage: Add sliced cabbage and stir-fry for 5 to 7 minutes until wilted but still crisp.
  7. Pour in the Sauce: Add the prepared sauce over the vegetables and stir continuously for about 2 minutes.
