Step‑by‑Step Instructions for Raspberry Cream Cheese Cruffins
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a muffin tin lightly.
  2. Roll out the thawed puff pastry on a lightly floured surface to about ⅛ inch thick.
  3. Combine softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract in a bowl. Mix until smooth.
  4. Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the rolled-out puff pastry.
  5. Spoon a thin layer of raspberry preserves over the cream cheese and spread evenly.
  6. Roll the pastry tightly from one edge into a log shape, slicing into 1 inch thick strips.
  7. Twist each strip into a spiral shape and place in the muffin tin with the ends tucked underneath.
  8. Bake in the preheated oven for 22-25 minutes or until golden brown and puffed up.
  9. Cool in the tin for a few minutes before transferring to a cooling rack. Dust with powdered sugar before serving.
