  • 1 cup Milk For a luxurious texture.
For the Toppings
  • 2 cups Shredded Chicken Using rotisserie chicken saves time.
  • 1.5 cups Mozzarella Cheese Opt for shredded mozzarella.
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh Herbs (Thyme and Parsley) If fresh isn’t available, use dried.

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C). Roll out the pizza dough to about ¼ inch thickness and transfer it to a pizza stone or baking sheet.
  2. In a medium saucepan, melt 2 tablespoons of butter over low heat. Whisk in 2 tablespoons of flour until golden brown. Gradually add 1 cup of milk, stirring until the sauce thickens. Mix in the roasted garlic.
  3. Spread the creamy white sauce evenly over the dough. Add shredded chicken and then top with mozzarella cheese.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbly.
  5. Remove from the oven, let it sit for a couple of minutes, then garnish with fresh herbs and slice.
