Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C). Roll out the pizza dough to about ¼ inch thickness and transfer it to a pizza stone or baking sheet.
- In a medium saucepan, melt 2 tablespoons of butter over low heat. Whisk in 2 tablespoons of flour until golden brown. Gradually add 1 cup of milk, stirring until the sauce thickens. Mix in the roasted garlic.
- Spread the creamy white sauce evenly over the dough. Add shredded chicken and then top with mozzarella cheese.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbly.
- Remove from the oven, let it sit for a couple of minutes, then garnish with fresh herbs and slice.
