Method
 

Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook pasta according to package instructions until al dente, then drain.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add sliced Salsiccia, breaking apart. Sauté for 5-7 minutes until browned.
  3. Add chopped fresh tomatoes to the skillet and cook for about 5 minutes until softened, adding reserved pasta water if needed.
  4. Add the drained pasta to the skillet and toss until well-coated, adding more pasta water for desired sauciness.
  5. Season with chili flakes and sugar or honey, adjusting to taste. Cook over low heat for another minute.
  6. Remove from heat and drizzle more olive oil over the pasta. Garnish with basil or parsley and Parmesan before serving.
