Cooking Shrimp
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add shrimp, cayenne pepper, and lime juice. Cook until shrimp turn pink, about 5-7 minutes.
- Remove from heat and set aside.
Making Mango Salsa
- In a mixing bowl, combine diced mango, red onion, corn, cilantro, and salt. Mix gently.
Assembling Tacos
- In each taco shell, layer shredded lettuce, cooked shrimp, and top with mango salsa.
- Add a dollop of sour cream on top and serve.
