Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, parsley, garlic powder, oregano, salt, pepper, egg, and milk.
