- Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C). Place a pizza stone inside if available.
- Roll out your pizza dough to about ¼-inch thick and transfer it to a greased baking pan. Brush the edges with olive oil.
- Shred your cooked chicken breast and toss with BBQ sauce until well coated.
- Spread a thin layer of BBQ sauce over the dough, sprinkle half the mozzarella cheese, then add shredded chicken and red onions. Top with remaining mozzarella.
- Bake the pizza in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes or until the crust is golden brown and cheese is bubbling.
- Remove from oven, sprinkle cilantro on top, and let cool for a minute before slicing and serving.
