Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C). Place a pizza stone inside if available.
  2. Roll out your pizza dough to about ¼-inch thick and transfer it to a greased baking pan. Brush the edges with olive oil.
  3. Shred your cooked chicken breast and toss with BBQ sauce until well coated.
  4. Spread a thin layer of BBQ sauce over the dough, sprinkle half the mozzarella cheese, then add shredded chicken and red onions. Top with remaining mozzarella.
  5. Bake the pizza in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes or until the crust is golden brown and cheese is bubbling.
  6. Remove from oven, sprinkle cilantro on top, and let cool for a minute before slicing and serving.
