Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and prepare baking sheets with parchment paper.
  2. Whisk together Greek yogurt and eggs until smooth.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix flour, flaxseed, baking powder, salt, garlic powder, and pepper flakes.
  4. Gradually add dry mixture to wet ingredients, stirring until just combined.
  5. Fold in spinach, chives, cheese, ham or sausage, feta, and sun-dried tomatoes.
  6. Portion out dough onto prepared baking sheets, leaving space for spreading.
  7. Sprinkle reserved cheese on top and bake for about 25 minutes or until golden.
  8. Allow to cool for 10 minutes, then serve warm or store for later.
