  • 1 tablespoon Baking Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 cup Milk
  • ½ cup Melted Butter
  • 2 large Eggs
For the Savory Filling
  • 1 cup Mozzarella Cheese shredded
  • ½ cup Pepperoni chopped
  • ½ cup Breakfast Sausage crumbled
  • ½ cup Bacon Bits
  • ¼ cup Parmesan Cheese grated
For the Aromatic Touch
  • 1 teaspoon Dried Oregano
  • 1 teaspoon Dried Basil
  • 1 pinch Red Pepper Flakes adjust to taste

Method
 

Steps
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 12-cup muffin tin.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together all-purpose flour, baking powder, salt, and garlic powder.
  3. In another bowl, combine milk, melted butter, and eggs, whisk until smooth.
  4. Pour wet ingredients into dry ingredients, mix gently until just combined.
  5. Fold in mozzarella cheese, pepperoni, breakfast sausage, bacon bits, Parmesan cheese, oregano, and basil.
  6. Add red pepper flakes if desired, stir gently to combine.
  7. Divide batter into the greased muffin cups about two-thirds full.
  8. Bake for 18-22 minutes until golden brown and a toothpick comes out clean.
  9. Cool in the muffin tin for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
