- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 12-cup muffin tin.
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together all-purpose flour, baking powder, salt, and garlic powder.
- In another bowl, combine milk, melted butter, and eggs, whisk until smooth.
- Pour wet ingredients into dry ingredients, mix gently until just combined.
- Fold in mozzarella cheese, pepperoni, breakfast sausage, bacon bits, Parmesan cheese, oregano, and basil.
- Add red pepper flakes if desired, stir gently to combine.
