  • 2 lbs Chicken Breasts sliced thin
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil for sautéing
  • 1 teaspoon Salt to taste
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper to taste
  • 1 teaspoon Smoked Paprika or regular paprika
For the Sauce
  • 3 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 cup Heavy Cream or Greek yogurt
  • ½ cup Chicken Broth or vegetable broth
  • 1 cup Shredded Mozzarella/Parmesan Cheese or dairy-free cheese
For the Wrap
  • 4 wraps Whole Wheat Wraps/Tortillas or lettuce wraps
  • ¼ cup Fresh Parsley optional for garnish

Method
 

Cooking Instructions
  1. Heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add thinly sliced chicken breasts, seasoned with salt, black pepper, and smoked paprika. Sauté for 5-7 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
  2. In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds. Pour in 1 cup of heavy cream and ½ cup of chicken broth, stirring continuously. Let it simmer for 2-3 minutes until thickened.
  3. Stir in 1 cup of shredded mozzarella or parmesan cheese until melted and creamy. Adjust seasoning as needed.
  4. Warm whole wheat tortillas and lay one flat. Add sautéed chicken in the center and drizzle with garlic cream sauce. Optionally sprinkle with fresh parsley before folding and rolling tightly.
  5. Serve the wraps on plates. Pair with a fresh salad or roasted vegetables and enjoy!
