- Heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add thinly sliced chicken breasts, seasoned with salt, black pepper, and smoked paprika. Sauté for 5-7 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
- In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds. Pour in 1 cup of heavy cream and ½ cup of chicken broth, stirring continuously. Let it simmer for 2-3 minutes until thickened.
- Stir in 1 cup of shredded mozzarella or parmesan cheese until melted and creamy. Adjust seasoning as needed.
- Warm whole wheat tortillas and lay one flat. Add sautéed chicken in the center and drizzle with garlic cream sauce. Optionally sprinkle with fresh parsley before folding and rolling tightly.
- Serve the wraps on plates. Pair with a fresh salad or roasted vegetables and enjoy!
