  • 3 tbsp Soy Sauce or tamari for gluten-free option
  • 1 tbsp Sesame Oil or vegetable oil if allergic
  • 3 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 tbsp Ginger minced, can use ground ginger as substitute

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Finely chop the cabbage, green onions, shiitake mushrooms, garlic, and ginger.
  2. Heat 1 tablespoon of sesame oil in a large pan or wok over medium-high heat.
  3. Add the ground beef to the pan and cook for 5-7 minutes until browned.
  4. Stir in the minced garlic and ginger, and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes.
  5. Add the chopped shiitake mushrooms and cabbage, and sauté for about 3-5 minutes.
  6. Pour in the soy sauce, mixing everything until well combined, and cook for 1 more minute.
  7. Remove from heat and serve immediately, optionally over steamed rice or cauliflower rice.
