  • 1/2 tsp Pepper

  • 12 pieces Slider Buns or whole wheat for healthier choice
  • 1 cup Marinara Sauce homemade or store-bought
  • 1 cup Mozzarella Cheese or provolone/cheddar as alternatives

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix gently until just combined.
  3. Shape the mixture into 1-inch meatballs and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
  4. Bake the meatballs for 15 to 20 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
  5. While baking, slice the slider buns in half and toast the cut sides in a pan if desired.
  6. Assemble sliders by placing a meatball in each bottom half, drizzle with marinara, and add mozzarella cheese.
  7. Return assembled sliders to the oven and bake for an additional 5 to 7 minutes until cheese melts.
  8. Allow sliders to cool slightly before serving. Enjoy!
