- Preheat your oven to 180°C (356°F).
- In a large mixing bowl, crack the 5 large eggs and season with salt and pepper. Whisk until blended.
- Gently fold in the spinach and grated cheese into the egg mixture.
- Pour the spinach and egg mixture onto the prepared baking sheet, spreading it evenly.
- Place in the oven and bake for approximately 15 minutes.
- Remove from oven and let cool for 5-10 minutes.
- Spread a layer of cream cheese over the baked layer.
- Distribute the thinly sliced smoked salmon over the cream cheese.
- Gently roll the baked layer tightly into a log shape.
- Wrap it tightly in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
- Once chilled, slice the roll into bite-sized pieces.
