  • 1 cup Grated Cheese Any melting cheese like mozzarella

  • 8 oz Cream Cheese Can swap with Neufchâtel or vegan cream cheese
  • 8 oz Smoked Salmon Thinly sliced
For Flavoring
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Pepper

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (356°F).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, crack the 5 large eggs and season with salt and pepper. Whisk until blended.
  3. Gently fold in the spinach and grated cheese into the egg mixture.
  4. Pour the spinach and egg mixture onto the prepared baking sheet, spreading it evenly.
  5. Place in the oven and bake for approximately 15 minutes.
  6. Remove from oven and let cool for 5-10 minutes.
  7. Spread a layer of cream cheese over the baked layer.
  8. Distribute the thinly sliced smoked salmon over the cream cheese.
  9. Gently roll the baked layer tightly into a log shape.
  10. Wrap it tightly in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
  11. Once chilled, slice the roll into bite-sized pieces.
