- Start by draining and pressing the tofu to remove excess moisture. Cut the tofu into bite-sized cubes and marinate in a mixture of soy sauce and sesame oil for about 10 minutes.

- Heat a large pan over medium-high heat. Add sesame oil and marinated tofu. Sauté for 5-7 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
