Muffin Preparation Steps
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and prepare your muffin tin by greasing it or lining it with paper cups.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, cinnamon, ginger, cloves, nutmeg, and salt.
- In a large bowl, cream the softened butter and brown sugar until light and fluffy, about 2-3 minutes.
