Instructions for Spicy Creamy Cajun Corn Cob
  1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat, around 400°F (200°C).
  2. Husk your corn, rinse it under cold water, and pat dry. Coat with olive oil and sprinkle with salt and black pepper.
  3. Place the prepared corn on the grill and cook for 10 to 15 minutes, turning occasionally until charred and tender.
  4. In a mixing bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sour cream, Cajun seasoning, smoked paprika, onion powder, and garlic powder to create the creamy sauce.
