- Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F) and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
- Roll out the thawed puff pastry on a floured surface, then slice into 1 cm wide strips.
- Wrap each sausage with the pastry strips, leaving some of the sausage exposed for the head.
- Use mustard to dot eyes on the exposed ends of the sausages and add ketchup or BBQ sauce.
