Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Cut the cauliflower into bite-sized florets and toss with olive oil in a large bowl. Spread on the baking sheet in a single layer.
  3. Roast in the oven for 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and crispy.
  4. In a saucepan, combine honey, soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, garlic, and ginger. Simmer for 3-5 minutes until slightly thickened.
  5. Transfer roasted cauliflower to a mixing bowl and pour the sauce over it, tossing gently to coat.
  6. Serve hot, optionally over rice or noodles, garnished with honey or sesame seeds.
