- Preheat your oven to 325°F (163°C) and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl, combine honey, salt, and cayenne pepper. Stir until fully blended.
- Add roasted cashews and toasted sesame seeds to the honey mixture and gently fold to coat.
- Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking sheet, spreading it into a single layer.
- Bake for 15 to 18 minutes, stirring halfway through.
- Remove from the oven and let cool on the sheet for about 10 minutes.
- Break apart into clusters and store in an airtight container.
