  • 2 cups Cooked Rice or Quinoa or cauliflower rice for low-carb

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Cook rice or quinoa according to package instructions, about 15-20 minutes.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat for about 1 minute.
  3. Add ground turkey to the skillet and sauté for 5-7 minutes until browned.
  4. Add broccoli florets to the cooked turkey and stir, cooking for an additional 3-4 minutes.
  5. In a separate bowl, whisk together soy sauce, honey, and sriracha until smooth.
  6. Pour the sauce over the turkey and broccoli mixture and stir for 1 minute.
  7. Let the mixture simmer for 2-3 minutes on low heat.
  8. Serve the mixture over cooked rice or quinoa, garnishing with sesame seeds or green onions.
