Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 190°C (375°F).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the lump crab meat, cooked shrimp, cream cheese, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, paprika, chopped parsley, salt, and pepper. Mix everything until smooth and well combined.
  3. Carefully slice a pocket into each salmon fillet and season the inside with salt and pepper.
  4. Evenly distribute the prepared stuffing into the pockets of each fillet, packing it gently.
  5. Heat olive oil in an oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat and sear the stuffed salmon fillets for 2-3 minutes on each side.
  6. Transfer the skillet with the seared salmon into the preheated oven and bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon is opaque and flakes easily.
  7. Once baked, let the salmon rest for a couple of minutes and serve with fresh lemon wedges.
