Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Gather your ingredients while the oven warms up.
  2. Cook the lasagna noodles according to package instructions until al dente, about 8-10 minutes.
  3. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Sauté garlic for 1 minute, then add shrimp and cook until pink.
  4. Add crab meat, salt, black pepper, and optional chili flakes. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.
  5. In a bowl, mix ricotta, half of the parmesan, mozzarella, parsley, and heavy cream until smooth.
  6. Spread Alfredo sauce in a baking dish, then layer noodles, half of the cheese mixture, seafood mixture, and more sauce.
  7. Repeat layers until all ingredients are used, topping with noodles soaked in Alfredo sauce.
  8. Sprinkle remaining mozzarella and parmesan on top, then add breadcrumbs. Cover with foil.
  9. Bake for 25 minutes covered, then remove the foil and bake an additional 10-15 minutes until golden.
  10. Let the lasagna rest for 10 minutes before slicing. Garnish with parsley if desired.
