- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Gather your ingredients while the oven warms up.
- Cook the lasagna noodles according to package instructions until al dente, about 8-10 minutes.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Sauté garlic for 1 minute, then add shrimp and cook until pink.
- Add crab meat, salt, black pepper, and optional chili flakes. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.
- In a bowl, mix ricotta, half of the parmesan, mozzarella, parsley, and heavy cream until smooth.
- Spread Alfredo sauce in a baking dish, then layer noodles, half of the cheese mixture, seafood mixture, and more sauce.
- Repeat layers until all ingredients are used, topping with noodles soaked in Alfredo sauce.
- Sprinkle remaining mozzarella and parmesan on top, then add breadcrumbs. Cover with foil.
- Bake for 25 minutes covered, then remove the foil and bake an additional 10-15 minutes until golden.
- Let the lasagna rest for 10 minutes before slicing. Garnish with parsley if desired.
