Method
 

Cake Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease two round cake pans with butter or oil and dust with flour.

  3. In a separate bowl, combine eggs, vegetable oil, milk, fresh orange juice, and orange zest. Whisk until smooth.

  5. Divide the batter evenly between the prepared cake pans and bake for 25 to 30 minutes.
