  • 1/4 cup Honey or agave syrup
  • 2 tbsp Fresh Thyme chopped

  • 1/2 cup Chopped Walnuts or Pecans optional

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
  2. Roll thawed puff pastry to about 1/8 inch thick and cut into 2-inch circles, aiming for 24 pieces.
  3. Press down in the center of each pastry circle to create wells for the filling.
  4. Spoon approximately 1 tablespoon of goat cheese into each well.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 8 to 10 minutes until golden brown.
  6. Remove from the oven, drizzle warm bites with honey, and sprinkle with fresh thyme.
