- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish with melted butter.
- Layer seven sheets of phyllo dough in the baking dish, brushing melted butter between each sheet.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk semolina flour, eggs, granulated sugar, whole milk, ground cinnamon, ground nutmeg, and salt until smooth.
- Pour the filling over the phyllo layers and cover with a final sheet of phyllo. Brush the top with melted butter.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 40 to 45 minutes until golden-brown and firm.
- Drizzle warm honey over the baked pie and sprinkle toasted sesame seeds on top. Allow to cool before slicing.
