Directions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Unroll the crescent roll dough and separate it into 8 triangular pieces.
- Layer 3–4 slices of pepperoni and a generous amount of shredded mozzarella cheese on the wide end of each triangle.
- Starting from the wide edge, roll each triangle towards the tip, tucking in the filling as you go.
- Sprinkle Italian seasoning and grated Parmesan cheese on top of each roll before baking.
- Place the rolls on the lined baking sheet and bake for about 12–15 minutes until golden brown.
- Remove from oven and let cool for a few minutes. Serve alongside marinara sauce.
