For the Rolls
  • 1 package Crescent roll dough Refrigerated dough for convenience
  • 2 cups Shredded mozzarella cheese Opt for whole milk mozzarella for best melting
  • 24 slices Pepperoni slices Can substitute with turkey pepperoni or deli ham
For Optional Flavor Enhancers
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning Adjust per taste preference
  • 1/2 cup Grated Parmesan cheese Recommended for depth of flavor
  • 1 cup Marinara sauce For dipping

Method
 

Directions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Unroll the crescent roll dough and separate it into 8 triangular pieces.
  3. Layer 3–4 slices of pepperoni and a generous amount of shredded mozzarella cheese on the wide end of each triangle.
  4. Starting from the wide edge, roll each triangle towards the tip, tucking in the filling as you go.
  5. Sprinkle Italian seasoning and grated Parmesan cheese on top of each roll before baking.
  6. Place the rolls on the lined baking sheet and bake for about 12–15 minutes until golden brown.
  7. Remove from oven and let cool for a few minutes. Serve alongside marinara sauce.
