Method
 

Baking Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and prepare a muffin tin by greasing it or lining it with paper liners.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  3. Cream the softened butter and sugar together until light and fluffy, then add the eggs one at a time and mix well.
  4. Incorporate the sour cream until smooth and well combined.
  5. Fold the dry mixture into the wet ingredients gently to create a smooth batter.
  6. Gently fold in the blueberries and prepare the cream cheese filling by mixing cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
  7. Spoon muffin batter into prepared cups, add cream cheese filling, and cover with more batter.
  8. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown; a toothpick should come out clean.
  9. Allow muffins to cool in the tin for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
