Preparation
  1. Rinse 2 cups of fresh blackberries under cold water and pat dry. Reserve a handful for garnishing.
  2. In a blender, combine blackberries, full-fat coconut milk, sweetened condensed milk, honey or sugar, vanilla extract, and salt. Blend until smooth.
  3. Taste the mixture and adjust sweetness with more honey or sugar if needed. Blend briefly to incorporate any adjustments.
  4. Pour the mixture into a shallow container, cover tightly, and freeze for at least 24 hours.
  5. Once frozen, break the mixture into chunks and transfer to the Ninja Creami bowl. Select 'Ice Cream' setting and blend until creamy.
  6. Enjoy immediately for a soft-serve texture or refreeze for 1-2 hours for a firmer consistency. Serve in chilled bowls or cones.
  7. Garnish with reserved blackberries and drizzle honey over the top before serving.
