- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Roll out your puff pastry until it’s thin, then cut into strips.
- Thinly slice the apples and toss them with lemon juice.
- Heat apricot preserve until runny, then mix in cinnamon and spread over pastry strips.
- Lay apple slices on pastry strips and roll them to form rose shapes.
- Place in a greased muffin tin and bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
- Allow to cool for 10 minutes before serving, optionally dust with powdered sugar.
