Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, eggs, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix gently and form bite-sized meatballs.
  2. Preheat air fryer to 380°F or oven to 400°F. Cook meatballs in air fryer for 10 minutes or bake for 20–25 minutes until cooked through.
  3. Whisk together rice vinegar, brown sugar, chicken broth, ketchup, tomato paste, pineapple juice, and cornstarch in a separate bowl.
  4. Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium-high. Sauté diced onion and bell peppers for about 1 minute until softened. Stir in minced garlic.
  5. Pour sweet and sour sauce into skillet, stir until thickened. Add cooked meatballs and pineapple chunks, toss to coat in sauce.
  6. Serve sweet and sour meatballs over rice, noodles, or enjoy directly from the pan.
